Thermoplastic Bearing Units with Stainless Steel Insert
SUCTB2 series short leg thermoplastic tapped base pillow block units feature stainless steel insert bearings with food grade grease and silicon rubber seals. The thermoplastic housings are manufactured from high-grade glass-filled thermoplastic polyester, offering exceptional tensile strength and operational capability up to 102°C.
Construction & Materials
- Housing: Thermoplastic (PBT) in white, green, or black
- Zerk fittings: Stainless steel 304
- Insert bearing: Stainless steel 440
- Steel ball: Stainless steel 440
- Retainer: Stainless steel 201
- Seal: Silicon rubber
- Lubricant: Industrial grease or food grade grease options
- Outer ring with grease groove and holes on setscrew side
- Anti-rotation pin opposite setscrew side
