SS-UCTPL204 Plastic Pillow Block with Stainless Steel Bearing Insert
Radial insert ball bearing housing units from the SS-UCTPL2 Series feature a plastic T2 housing with pre-installed stainless steel bearing insert SS-UC2. Designed as radial bearing housings, they allow housing displacement and compensate for static misalignments up to 2°.
Material Composition
- Pillow Block: Glass-filled PBT polymer housing
- Bearing Insert: 420 or 440 stainless steel races and balls
These maintenance-free plastic pillow blocks offer excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability while providing superior corrosion resistance compared to conventional mounted units.
