Plastic pillow block housings with stainless steel bearing inserts provide reliable shaft support for industrial applications where mounting surfaces are parallel to the shaft axis. These maintenance-free units feature slotted mounting holes for easy adjustment and are constructed from engineering-grade glass-filled PBT polyester.
Unlike coated cast iron housings that can chip and peel, these solid polymer blocks never rust or corrode, eliminating the need for protective coatings.
The smooth polymer surface and machined flat mounting base prevent dirt, mold, and bacteria accumulation, making them ideal for clean environments.
Can operate dry, wet, or fully submerged without lubrication, handling temperatures up to 120°F when submerged and higher in dry conditions.
