Deep-Drawing Tinplate Sheet T3 Temper Electrolytic Grade for Battery Shells

Deep-drawing tinplate sheet is an electrolytic tinplate grade selected for severe forming operations. A carefully controlled T3 temper gives the steel base enough ductility to be drawn into battery shells, small containers and shaped parts without tearing or coating failure. The uniform tin layer keeps the formed surface clean, conductive and resistant to corrosion.

Each coil is wrapped with anti-rust paper, plastic film and steel strapping and loaded on wooden pallets or into containers. Thickness, temper, coating weight and surface condition are inspected before dispatch, and mill test certificates accompany every order.
