Stone Finish Tinplate Sheet Matt Surface Coating for Decorative Packaging
Stone finish tinplate sheet is an electrolytic tinplate supplied with a matt, grained surface instead of the usual bright finish. The low-gloss texture reduces glare and gives printed decoration a distinctive contrast, while the tin layer still provides corrosion resistance and solderability. It is suited to decorative tins, gift packaging and printed lids.
Key Features- Matt Stone Texture: a low-gloss grained surface offers a premium decorative appearance
- Enhanced Print Contrast: the subdued finish makes printed artwork stand out clearly
- Corrosion Resistance: the tin layer protects the steel base during storage and use
- Good Lacquer Bond: the rough surface helps lacquer and ink adhere firmly
- Consistent Appearance: coating and texture are controlled to keep batch appearance uniform
