Product Description
With hard alloy and carbon steel heat treatment, our product is made by professional processing equipment and polishing. With excellent bending strength and abrasive resistance, it is widely used for coil winding of stator and rotor in the industry of series excitation, micro motor, motor and etc. We can also produce them according to samples or drawings provided by customers. The inner hole and arc part of the super hard alloy are finely ground by 16 processes. The degree of finish can be up to the mirror surface and there is no scratch under 80-fold magnifying glass, thus ensuring the safety.
