Description
Carbide sleeves are usually made of different tungsten carbide grades depending on the user's application. The main two series of tungsten carbide grades are the YG (cobalt) series and the YN (nickel) series. Generally speaking, YG series tungsten carbide bushings have higher transverse fracture strength, while YN series tungsten carbide bushings have better corrosion resistance than the former. Application
Tungsten carbide sleeves are mainly used in harsh working conditions such as high-speed rotation, trachoma wear, and gas corrosion in oil fields, such as sliding bearing sleeves, motor shaft sleeves, and sealing sleeves, etc., for motors, centrifuges, and protectors of submersible pumps. Rotationally supported, centered, thrusted and sealed with the shaft of the separator.
