Product Description:
YYC Rack and Pinion is a cost-effective and reliable drive solution that is ideal for linear motion. This system consists of a round or helical gear known as a pinion and a linear gear known as a rack. The pinion is a small gear that meshes with the teeth of the rack, allowing the pinion to translate rotational motion into linear motion. The rack and pinion drive system features a number of teeth (60) and is made of S50C material that is milled and ground for enhanced durability and performance. The system is designed to be lightweight (2.1kg) and has a hardness of HRC 50-55°. This precision-engineered rack and pinion drive system provides superior accuracy and repeatability compared to other types of Rack-and-Pinion-Drive, Rack-and-Pinion-Gearing, and Rack-and-Pinion-Systems.
