2. How long and how can I get quotation from your company ?
We will reply you within two working days if we got the detailed requirement for required parts.
In order to quote you asap ,please provide us the following information together with your enquiry.

1) Detailed drawings ( 2D or 3D drawing) PDF ,JPG,Pro/E ,SolidWorks,UG(IGS,STP,X-T) CAD (DXF , DWG).
2) Materials required.
3) Surface treatment.
4) Quantity (Per order/per month/annual).
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packaing,labels, delivery etc.

3. Can I get samples for testing ?
We can offer free samples for small parts,but for big and high-value products ,samples will be charged.

4. How about the payment terms ?
For new customers, we prefer to adopt the T/T ,We can accept L/C for regular clients.

5. If I need an urgent delivery ,can you help ?
Of course,we will try to adjust the production schedule to make sure an earlier delivery and meet urgent schedule.
