Introduction of Ion Chromatography Instrument

Ion chromatography (or ion-exchange chromatography) is a chromatography process that separates ions and polar molecules based on their affinity to the ion exchanger, based on the electrical charge of the protein, which has both positively and negatively charged chemical groups and can be altered by changes in the pH of the buffer, utilizing a gradient of linearly increasing salt concentration.
