Function of Spray Gun

Precise Positioning: Its slender tubular design allows the operator to accurately direct the helium flow to any minute suspected leak point on the workpiece under inspection.
Controlled Spraying: The button or valve on the handle enables instant activation or cessation of the helium flow, facilitating targeted spraying to prevent helium waste and avoid interference with background signals.
Enhanced Detection Efficiency: As the core tool for implementing the "spray method" of leak detection, it enables systematic helium spraying to rapidly locate and confirm the exact position of leaks.

Function of Helium Bag

Storage and Supply of Helium: Serves as a compact, portable helium source that continuously provides the leak detection medium for the spray gun.
Maintenance of Helium Purity: The high-barrier material prevents the infiltration of external air (primarily nitrogen and oxygen) and minimizes internal helium loss, ensuring consistent helium concentration for leak detection.
Cost-Effectiveness and Environmental Friendliness: Compared to direct connection to large helium cylinders, helium bags are more lightweight and flexible. They can be filled with affordable bottled helium, reducing helium waste, and are particularly suitable for mobile use in workshops or on-site.
Helium Filling Method for Leak Detection: Beyond supplying the spray gun, the helium bag itself can be directly placed over or wrapped around a component under test. Helium is then filled into the bag to conduct an overall integrity test of the component.
