Pre-treatment System
Custom pretreatment solutions based on workpiece condition:
- Sand blasting or shot blasting for heavily rusted surfaces
- Spray or dip pretreatment for minimal rust - standard process includes phosphating, water rinsing, and degreasing
Drying & Curing Ovens
- Water drying-off oven prepares surfaces after pretreatment
- Powder coating curing oven operates at 180-250°C for 15-20 minutes
- Space-saving combined oven designs available
- Heating options: diesel, natural gas, electric, or LPG with Riello burners
- 150mm rock wool steel board construction for optimal insulation
Powder Coating Booth
- Standard stainless steel construction with filter recycle system
- PP panel booths with cyclone recycle system for quick color changes
- Manual or automatic operation based on production requirements
