This industrial-grade automatic powder coating line is designed for professional coating service providers. The complete workflow includes: loading → spray pre-treatment → water drying → automatic powder coating → automatic powder curing → cooling → unloading.

Pre-treatment System: Stainless steel spray type with 7-stage process: pre-degreasing → degreasing → water washing 1 → pure water washing 2 → nano ceramic → water washing 1 → pure water washing 2
Water Drying Oven: Operating temperature: 120°C
Powder Coating Booth: Features cyclone system for 99.5% powder recycling. PP material construction allows color changes in 15 minutes. Includes reciprocator with automatic guns and 2 manual stations for hard-to-reach areas.
Powder Curing Oven: Operating temperature: 180-230°C. Curing time: 20-30 minutes (adjustable).
