Feature

Upstream Seal Two-way Valve

The VT trunnion mounted ball valve has two seats on either side. Every seat is spring loaded
The seat insert contacts the surface of the ball for sealing. So the valve is bi-directionally sealed with no restrictions
for installation.

Fire-Safe Design API607/API6FA

When the seat insert softens and burns in the event of a fire or an abnormal temperature increase,
The seat retainer is spring loaded to prevent internal leakage. at the same time
Metal-to-metal contact will be made at the intermediate flange, upper and lower parts of the stem
Prevent external leakage according to API6FA or API607.

Stem and Seat Emergency Sealant Injection

The seat ring and the valve stem have a special grease injection valve. In case of the leakage,

the grease will be injected to the valve ball surface and stem room to create a temporary sealing.

Double Block and Bleed 

When the valve is open, entrapped cavity pressure can be vented through the vent fitting or the drain plug
Fully open or fully closed position. The fluid is intercepted by the upstream and downstream valve seats
On the one hand, the stem packing or O-ring can be replaced under operating pressure. Every Seat Works
Tight sealing of the balls is ensured independently on the upstream and downstream sides.
