When valve in fully open or closed position,the upstream and downstream seat blocks the fluid,so the sediment
in the cavity can be drained out,this structure have below function:
1. In-line inspection seat leakage
2. In working pressure, valve in full open or close position.Available to replace stem packing on line.
Open drain valve to bleed medium in cavity,it can reduce medium pressure on stem sealing ring,which
to extend the seal service life.
