Working temperature: 100-135℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (heat transfer oil) or natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, etc.
AC frequency conversion synchronous transmission, mechanical speed: 10-50m/min according to the process setting.
The upper and lower overfeeding rollers and the overfeeding of the upper needle brush can accurately meet the shrinkage requirements of different processes.
The drying room adopts multi-wing circulating fan and rolled aluminum fin radiator, which has high thermal efficiency and uniform indoor temperature.
The frame adopts channel steel profile, which is connected into a separate circulation cavity, and the top is equipped with an anti-drip device.
