Introduction:
1,Main Packing machine
I. PLC Control with touch screen:

II.Bag-making:
One bag-making device only has one certain width for bag, bag length can be adjusted within the range. Every packing machine assembled with one bag-maker. If you have many size of bag, please inform in advance.
III.Vertical and horizontal sealing:
Vertical sealing:Sealing on back position via heating plate (heating plate is wearable parts),two rollers used to pull bag.
Horizontal sealing: Two heat roll fixed in front and back seal mould separately. The heating roll is wearable parts. Avoid water splashing on it.
2,Vibration bowl and counting system
Using OPTEX(JANPAN) counting fibre, sorting and counting parts, most fast reaction rates is 16μs, and could automatically eliminate dust's effect. This is our patent technology,
