409L stainless steel is a general purpose chromium, titanium stabilized ferritic stainless steel, and its main application is automobile exhaust system. Contains 11% chromium, which is the minimum amount to form a passive surface film for corrosion resistance of stainless steel. It has good high temperature corrosion resistance, medium strength, good formability and overall cost.

Surface Classification and Processing:

2D-After cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling or similar treatment or matt surface.
3# 100~200# The product is ground with grinding belt.
4# 150~180# The product is ground with grinding belt.
HL Grinding material with appropriate grain size is polished to make the surface continuously abrasive.
