230gsm CVC Ripstop Workwear Fabric
230gsm CVC Ripstop Workwear Fabric combines a comfortable cotton-like hand feel with the enhanced durability of a classic Ripstop check construction. The reinforced grid structure helps prevent small tears or cuts from spreading easily, providing better tear resistance, abrasion resistance and long-term durability than conventional plain-weave workwear fabrics.
With a weight of 230gsm, the fabric offers a good balance between protection and comfort. It is substantial enough to create a professional, structured workwear garment while remaining comfortable for extended working hours. The CVC construction combines the natural softness and breathable feel of cotton with the durability, wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of polyester. This makes it more comfortable than many high-polyester workwear fabrics while being more durable and easier to maintain than 100% cotton.
The fabric provides 3-4 grade color fastness performance and can be developed in a wide range of colors, including navy, black, khaki, army green, grey, orange and other customized shades. The variety of colors makes it suitable for different industries and corporate uniforms.
