Nm450 Wear Resistant Steel Plate
Specifically, wear-resistant steel plate is a subset of quenched and tempered wear-resistant alloy steel plate.

1. Excellent resistance against abrasion.
Wear-resistant steel plate has a thickness of 3-12mm, the hardness of the wear-resistant layer can reach HRC58-62, and the wear resistance is 15-20 times higher than the performance of ordinary steel plate, 5-10 times higher than the performance of low-alloy steel plate, 2-5 times higher than the wear resistance of high-chromium cast iron, and the wear resistance is better than the abrasion-resistant methods such as spray welding and thermal spraying.
2. Improved overall performance of the effect.
The wear-resistant steel plate is a double-layer metal structure, the wear-resistant layer and the base material are metallurgically bonded, the bonding strength is high, it can absorb energy in the process of being impacted, and the wear-resistant layer will not fall off, which allows it to be applied to the working conditions of vibration and strong impact, which is inferior to the cast wear-resistant materials and the ceramic materials.
