Galvanised Zinc Sheet Description
Galvanized steel plates are cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel sheets with zinc coating to protect the substrate from atmospheric corrosion. The zinc coating effectively prevents direct contact between moisture and oxygen and the steel, reducing the risk of rust and corrosion and reducing the need for subsequent maintenance.
The zinc layer significantly extends the service life of the steel sheet. Under normal use conditions, gi sheet can be used for decades without frequent replacement or maintenance. In addition, the zinc coating and steel of the galvanized steel sheet can be fully recycled and reused, which is green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Galvanised Steel has excellent corrosion resistance,the zinc coating layer has better electrochemical protection on steel than painting and plastic coating.It can last for decades of years without any problem of peeling off,and also higher collosion and scratch resistance.
- Strong durability:
Not only will the zinc coating play the role of a physical barrier but also protects the steel underneath through electrochemical reactions (sacrificial anode action) when the coating is scratched or damaged.
- Good workability:
Hot-dip galvanized steel coils maintain the processability of steel, and the zinc layer is thin and uniform, which does not affect the performance of steel during processing and forming.
- Thermal resistance
Galvanized steel has good thermal resistance,can be used for long time without discoloration below 230℃, and it will discolor when it exceeds 250℃.
