API 5L Line Pipe 1/8-30 Inch Diameter with 5% Tolerance for Oil and Gas Pipeline Construction
Carbon steel piping is a durable material made from carbon steel, a steel alloy with iron and carbon. Because of its strength and ability to withstand stress, carbon steel pipe is used in a variety of heavy-duty industries including infrastructure, shipbuilding, distillers, and chemical fertilizer equipment.
The billet is fed to the furnace heating temperature of approximately 1200°C using hydrogen or acetylene fuel. The round tube is formed after pressure punching, typically using cone piercing mills for high production efficiency and quality. After perforation, the round tube undergoes three-roll cross rolling, rolling, or extrusion processes.
