Weather Resistant Corten Steel Plate Overview
ASTM A36 Corten steel plate offers superior atmospheric corrosion resistance compared to standard steel. The material develops a protective dark brown oxide layer that shields against rain, snow, ice, fog, and other environmental conditions. This self-protecting rust layer inhibits deeper corrosion penetration, eliminating the need for paint and expensive anti-rust maintenance.
