High Precision Brass Copper Strip Slitting Line Machine
Copper Strip Slitting is a link of copper strip making and processing, locates in final stage after casting, hot rolling, cold rolling.
Copper Strip is made from hot rolling from billet down to around 15mm thickness, the copper cold rolling mill will be first rough rolling mill to get around 3mm sheet, then fine rolling mill makes copper strip and even copper foils, the copper strip(foil) thickness 0.08-4mm, width within 650mm, so Copper strip slitting machine capacity is 0.3-4 x 650, and copper foil slitting machine 0.08-0.5 x 400mm
Copper(bronze, Brass) and copper alloy Strips are widely used in industries of electronics, automobiles, electricity, home appliances, etc.to make parts like electric elements, light holder, battery cap, buttons, seals, etc.

Coil-loading→Single Mandrel uncoiling →Coil-end-press & shoveling→Double-roller pinch feeding/Five-roller pre-leveling → End-cutting → Hole Accumulator1 → Side Guide → Disc slitting→Scrap reeling→Hole Accumulator 2→Pre-separator, Tensioner→Overarm Separator ,Recoiling→Coils-discharging → Hydraulic control → Electric control
