High Speed Steel Sheet Cut To Length Line Light Gauge

Light Gauge Steel sheet cut to length line is high speed high precision, popular in metal sheets making plants.

For steel coils from 0.3 to 3.0mm thickness, usually cold rolled steel, Galvanized steel, pre-painted steel, the uncoiling, leveling and cutting to length process requires high speed:

1/ fast cutting speed: 

In fast stop cutting, the sheet speeds up and down to certain length and fast cut sheet off

2/ fast running speed

 The sheet runs as fast as possible to be cut and stacked.

The fast stop shear covers a certain time, the running length is composed of acceleration, full speed and deceleration, let's say an average speed, the whole time of each sheet making will be decided cutting time, sheet length and average speed.

Composition

• 1.Coil storing saddle, store a few coils
• 2.Coil loading car. unload a coil to uncoiler
• 3.Single mandrel uncoiler: hydraulic expansion mandrel for standard Ф508mm.
• 4.Coil head snubber roller, peeler shoveling plate: to open coill head and send the head into pinch feeder
• 5.2+17 Roller Leveler: 4Hi or 6Hi, back tension is beneficial between leveler and uncoiler.
• 6.Pit Accumulator: in threading stage swaying bridge covers the pit to let coil sheet pass over, in auto running stage accumulate sheet in pit.
• 7. Servo Length Measure (and Film Laminating): Servo length measuring(pair of pinch rollers or 2+5+2 rollers structure driven by servo motor and controller), with PU coated pinch rollers for film laminating
• 8.Pneumatic Fast Stop Shear: crank shaft cutting from down to up, lower blade v shape.
•    The gap between upper blade and lower blade is easily adjusted.
• 9.Belt Conveyor: convey finished sheets to stacker
• 10.Stacker: stacking load 5T.
• 11.Sheets Car: deliver sheets out, then packing. can be two cars, one working and the other waiting.
• 12.Hydraulic system: 7.5KW gear pump provides 12Mpa pressure.
• 13.Electric Control System: One electric cabinet and two operator panels(one console for servo measuring, PLC, HMI and stacking, one for uncoiling and leveling) with complete and safe functions
