High Speed Light Gauge Cut To Length Line For Steel Sheet
Metal coil sheet cutting to length is important coil sheet processing to make flat steel sheets in pieces, we are manufacturer of metal sheet cut to length line machine, have supplied cut to length lines to about 30 countries, the coming coil sheets can be hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheets, light gauge sheet requires fine leveling and fast cutting. Sheet flatness +/-1mm, fast stop cutting 2m x 28pcs/min, fly cutting 2m x 40pcs/min.
High speed shows in the continuous running of leveler, servo length feeding and fast pneumatic shear, stacking speed follows up the coming cut sheets, for a 2mm x 1250 x 15T coil, it takes 20minutes to cut, about 40minutes one coil.
Layout
Two sets coil preparing saddle, single mandrel uncoiler with back tension, coil head press and peeler, 4 high leveler, pit loop, central guide, servo length fixing with filming, shear, delivery belt table, one or two sets stacker.
Composition
- Coil saddle, store one or two coils for standby, load 20T
- Coil loading car. load coil onto uncoiler mandrel, up-down lifting and fwd-bwd walking.
- Single mandrel uncoiler: hydraulic expansion mandrel for standard Ф508mm, back tension motor is installed for stable uncoiling and leveling, centralizing uncoiler base to ensure coil center on ceterline.
- 2+15 Roller Leveler: 4Hi, 4 rows backup rollers, 75KW DC.
- 7Servo Length Measure (or withFilm Laminating): Servo length measuring(2+5+2 rollers driven by servo motor and controller), with PU coated pinch rollers for film laminating
- Pneumatic Fast Stop Shear: crank shaft cutting from down to up, lower blade v shape.
- Belt Conveyor: convey finished sheets to stacker
- Stacker: stacking load 5T.
- Sheets Car: deliver sheets out, then packing. can be two cars, one working and the other waiting.
