Galvanize zinc or alu zinc on steel sheet in hot dip, electroplating can prolong sheet life from anti corrosion. The galvanized steel coil sheets come to cut to length to make flat sheets, which requires cutting to length to be high precision, reaching the goals:
- brush zinc powder on sheet surface
- smooth threading without scratch
- Precise cutting for later application
- GI sheets stacking must piece by piece.

Description:
- Single mandrel uncoiler: Ф508 x 1350mm hydraulic expansion mandrel, 30KW back tension motor and gear transmission.
- Coil head snubber roller installed on uncoiler base, peeler shoveling plate and straightener roller to open coill head and send the head into pinch feeder
- 2+17 Roller Leveler: 4Hi Ф60 x 1350mm work rollers and 5rows backup rollers, mechanic worm gear and screw rod press down, leveling angle can beadjusted
- Servo Length Measure (and Film Laminating): pair of pinch rollers driven by servo motor and controller, with PU coated pinch rollers for film laminating
- Pneumatic Fast Stop Shear: crank shaft cutting from down to up, lower blade v shape.The gap between upper blade and lower blade is easily adjusted.
- Hydraulic system: 7.5KW gear pump provides 12Mpa pressure.
- Electric Control System: One electric cabinet and two operator panels
