Precision Rotary Shear Cut To Length Line High Speed Fly Cutting
Rotary Shear cut to length line is advanced high speed high precision cut to length machine , esp. suitable for light gauge sheet metal cutting:
- length of a light gauge coil sheet is long, for example, a 0.2mm thick coil length is 10times length of 2mm coil, higher weight production of cut sheets requires faster line speed.
- Thin sheet can be easily cut off in one fast stroke, thus fly rotary cutting is available: the sheet runs at stable speed, rotary shear rotates and cut off a sheet in a clycle under the closed loop length feedback, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. linear producing speed up to 80m/min
- Rotary shear cutting is specially suitable for short sheets, although the extremely short sheets can not run too fast, the cutting frequency still can be around 100pcs/min.
