Heavy duty track cut to length line is suitable for make thick and medium plates of certain long lengths, ranging 2-10mm thickness, to make most plates at minimum cost:

in reality usually coil weight increases with thickness increase, strip length stays similar or becomes longer.

4. The leveling machine, twice leveling, preleveler and leveler, is precise and strong,to output very flat plates.
5. synchro hydraulic shear cut flat plates to length, with front leveling and after stacking continuously without looping nor stopping.
6. stacking is automatic, include pneumatic receiving bracket, scissor lift table and output car.
