High Precision Stainless Steel Sheet Cut To Length Line Machine
We make 2-6 x 2000 High precision Stainless steel (SUS201, SUS304) sheet cut to length line in advanced characters.
- Machines are high precision and robust, all passover rollers are PU coated, machine structure is double strong as normal steel sheet line.
- Uncoiling stage: Include Coil storing saddle covered with PU rubber plate, Coil loading car with PU rubber plate,Single mandrel or double mandrel uncoiler, Coil head snubber roller, peeler shoveling plate
- Twice Levelers: five rollers pre leveler and 15 rollers fine levelers.
- Leveler drive is DC or AC motor, reducing gearbox, distribution gearbox and universal joints.
- Pit loop: before edge trimmer and main leveler, rubber coated rollers of bridge plate to contact stainless steel sheet
- Servo cutting to length with track moving shear or stop pneumatic shear(and/or Film Laminating)
- Sheet Discharging: Belt Conveyor,pneumatic sheet receiving arms,X lifting table, exit car or roll table
- Automatic control: PLC and touch screen, push button panels with functions of emergency stop, alarm lamps, etc.
