Rotary Shear fly cut to length line is advanced high speed high precision cut to length machine , suitable for light gauge sheet metal cutting:
- length of a light gauge coil sheet is long, for example, a 0.2mm thick coil length is 10times length of 2mm coil, steel sheet market is valued as per weight, higher weight production of cut sheets needs faster line speed, while normal stop cutting can not reach very high frequency cutting and line speed is limited.
- Thin sheets length range usually short and maximum no more than 3m or 4m, thin sheet can be easily cut off in one fast stroke by fly rotary cutting: the sheet runs at stable speed, rotary shear rotates and cut off a sheet in a clycle under the closed loop length feedback, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. linear producing speed up to 80m/min, this character is very suitable for thin and short sheets cutting.
- Fly cutting shear is high precision, driven by servo motor, precisely calculates the coming length of sheet and match shear rotating speed to cut in stroke, the cutting speed is automatically adjusted as per sheet length.
- The fly cutting line is continuous from uncoiling, leveling, pair of dual rollers feeding, filming, rotary shear, convey belts, dual stackers, the control system is high configuration including big screens, sensors, PLC, contactors, relays, etc.
