High Speed Stainless Steel Rotary Shear Flying Cut To Length Line (0.3-3) x 1600
Stainless steel coil sheet cut to length lines are becoming popular in market, when steel sheet processing plants need high productivity to improve competitive capacity, the rotary shear fly cut to length line is required, one side its high precision, the other side its high speed, stainless steel sheets require especially higher than normal steel sheets.
Stainless Steel Sheet Flying Shear cut to length line is advanced cut to length machine, with following characters:
- faster line speed, faster cutting frequencies, higher production of cut sheets.
- stainless steel sheet 0.3 -3 x 1600mm, can be easily cut by one rotating shear: the sheet runs at stable speed, fly shear fast cut off a sheet while synchronously tracking the running sheet, the track cutting process takes about 0.5s, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. line speed 80m/min
- Specially suitable for short sheets, frequency can be around 100pcs/min x 0.8m length.
- the leveler 6high, double layers of work rollers, double layers of middle rollers and double layers backup rollers.
- Backup rollers contact pressure is automatically adjusted by pressure sensor and servo motors.
- Paper depeeling device, film coating device are available.
- Dual stackers: four stages of convey belts to deliver sheets to dual stackers, dual X lifting tables and dual output roll tables.
- Sheet length range 200-3000mm, max 6000mm.
