Heavy Gauge Steel Coil HR Black Steel need heavy duty cut to length line:
1. Hot black steel: Q235, Q345, Q355, st37 -52, steel sheet strength Yield strength ≤350Mpa Tensile strength≤550Mpa
2. Heavy gauge plate specification: 5-20mm thickness, 1000-2200mm width, cutting length 2 -12m
3. Twice Leveling: pre leveling 250mm diameter rollers 2 over 3 rolls and leveling machine 4 over 5 rolls 4high.
4. Coil Uncoiler: double heads, two bases travel as per coil sheet width.
5. Coil head opener: portal frame install coil head traction roller, coil head straightening roll and shoveling plate, with good adjustment.
6. Finished plate stacking: pinch feed plate onto stacking rack, pushing plates push the plate neatly.

Characters:
1.Uncoiler / Decoiler
heavy cut to length line handle heavy steel coils of heavy gauge. the uncoiler has double mandrels and strong sliding bases.
Each mandrel has three steps, the opening and closing of two mandrels by hydraulic cylinders.
Back tension mechanism installed on top of uncoiler base, to ensure uncoiling stability.
2. Portal frame coil head opener
Portal frame is very strong, with snubber press roller ,straightening roller on top of the frame.
the hydraulic snubber roll press on top of steel coil, and its pressing-down angle is adjustable
Straightening roller can slide forward backward to track strip head and straighten it.
Shoveling plate installed on preleveler support the coil head while straighten roller press coil head.
3. first 2+5 pre leveler
the roller is huge and strong,reliefing internal stress of steel coil, roller surface is hardened and chrome coated
To relief the uncoiling bending stress to relaxed state.
4. Heavy duty leveler
number of heavy duty leveler will be 13pcs, 11pcs or 9pcs, diameter of rollers will be 180mm -230mm -300mm,
The gap and angle of upper rollers and lower rollers can be adjusted.
No stop leveling, the leveler continuously working without pressing steel plate while synchro cutting, this is good for protecting steel plate surface without leaving roller mark
When shear is stop cutting, the leveler is clutched and stopped under encoder measuring.
5. Hydraulic shear
Track Shear: Synchro High frequency cutting and strong frame, strong hydraulic station for shearing, big servo motor for synchro tracking steel plate running.
Hydraulic rocking shear is stop cutting under encoder measuring.
6. Automatic stacker
Bomb hatch stacking, receive each sheet on roller arm, open the two arms to release the sheet fall down on lifting table.
Roll table deliver the piled sheets outward to pack.
7. Automatic control, the whole process is under PLC control in auto mode.
