High Precision Automatic Rotary Shear Cut To Length Line (0.3-3) x 1250
Rotary Shear cut to length line is advanced flying shear cut to length machine, high speed high precision, esp. suitable for thin sheet short sheet metal cutting:
- Thin Sheet coil length is long up to thousands of meters, if line speed is slow, the sheets cutting time will be long, the production will be small, so higher line speed is required.
- Fly cutting means the steel strip goes forward as usual speed while cutting, each cutting within 0.5s, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. The productivity can be linear 80m/min
- Short sheets cutting means high cutting frequency but line running is non stop, this is ideal arrangement.
- Not only high productivity fly cutting, but also high precision leveler, film laminator, dual stackers are high production arrangement.
- The fly cutting line for 0.3 -3.0mm x 1250mmW x 200 -1000mmL.
