Medium Gauge Steel Coil Decoiler Cut To Length Machine ​ (Servo length measuring)

Medium gauge steel coil sheet cut to length line for coil steel sheets ranging 2 to 8mm thickness, most common model 6 x 1600 cut to length. Coil sheet material can be hot rolled (HR, HRC, HRS), cold rolled (CR, CRC, CRS), Galvanized sheet (GI) or Stainless Steel sheet (SUS, STS, SS). Coil sheet width varying 1250mm, 1500mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, it depends on customer incoming coil materials.

Each cut to length machine is customized, customer tells their coming raw materials, finished sheets specification, production capacity, precision tolerances, etc, we will make individual proposal for customer, including uncoiling leveling & cutting process, delivery time, dispatch and after sale support

Medium gauge steel cut to length lines characters:

1. Medium gauge cut to length requires machines strong and precise, the sheet metal thickness two or three times of thin gauge sheet, this means machine structure will be proportionally strong, meanwhile the cutting precision is the same level as thin sheet (+/-0.5mm)
2. the producing speed should be fast enough (around 50m/min) or normal 30m/min.
3. Medium sheet stacking structure is the same as thin sheet, piece by piece drop and pile up.
4. Shear can be servo drive or fast hydraulic shear, moving type or start-stop type, stronger than thin sheet pneumatic type shear.
5. Uncoiler usually double mandrel type with two back tension motors.
6. Stacker is stacking frame with pneumatic receiving roller arms, baffle plates, width and length adjusting mechanism, the same as light gauge sheets stacking.
