4. Length measuring can be servo encoding or rotary encoder.
5. Each line can be twice leveling to suit high tensile sheet
6. Two levelers can be arranged in one line to level wide range of thickness
7. Stacking system can be simpler or complicated for different materials or speeds.

1. Traditionally and nowadays most metal sheet cut to length line for processing low carbon steel sheets, low alloy steel sheets, hot rolled or cold rolled, galvanized or colored.
2. Stainless steel sheet cut to length line is becoming more percentage with the market requiring more stainless steel sheets, the SS sheet surface is bright, must be nicely protected in the uncoiling, leveling and cutting process.
3. Aluminum sheet is light and anti-corrosion, surface is clean, the cut to length line is flying shear and all passover rollers are rubber coated.
