Servo Cut to length line is a production line of cutting steel coil to length after uncoiling and leveling , composed of uncoiler ,leveler , NC length feeder , high speed servo shear , double stackers , etc
Characters
- The process of uncoiling , leveling , cutting , stacking is automatic without stretch tension to the sheet .
- The control system is PLC servo control and HMI touch screen , the operator input the cut length and quantity, set feeding speed, auto and manual exchange , feeding length , feeding pieces , automatic start , automatic stop, pause , counter reset , forward , backward , shear up , shear down , abnormal alarm , etc .
- Sheet surface protection is nicely noted on the cut to length line, like hard chrome coating , PU rubber coated roller , PU receiving arms , etc .
- Servo Shearing machine: Servo motor controls shearing action, low noise and less piping. Servo adjusting blade gap with memory function can realize fast blade gap adjusting. The shear can act alone to meet length checking online
- Stackers: The positions of baffle plates are in servo control: the operator set sheet length and width on the touch screen, press a key, the positions are automatically adjusted, meanwhile can finely adjust .The scissor table going down automatically in photoelectric sensor or thickness mode, can switch between the two modes for wood pallet or steel frame support piling.The correlation photoelectric sensor for receiving arms can avoid wrong action of the arms caused by laminated paper or film on sheets.
