Tandem Cold Rolling Mill Line Machine for Flat Steel Bar 4 x 35mm

Portal stand cold rolling machines not only can reduce metal sheet thickness but also shape metal sections from round wire rod to flat steel bars, the process is automatic high efficiency, can be arranged wholly on one machine base, or separately one stand after another, the number of stands usually between 3 to 5 stands which depends on the wire rod specification and flat bar sizes, should be within proper plasticity capacity.

The tandem cold rolling mill line is used for rolling round steel (wire rod coil) with diameters of less than or equal to 25mm to become flat steel 1.5 x 16mm, 2.0 x 19mm, 3 x 20mm, 3 x 25mm, 4 x 35mm.

The main machine is two roller 2high cold rolling mills, usually 3-5 stands for continuous rolling. consists of a main motor, a reducer herringbone gear integrated gearbox, universal joint shafts, electric pressing device, and electronic control. This machine has high strength and good rigidity, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the flat steel rolling.
