Thin gauge slitting line for thin coil sheet slitting continuously decoil and slit thin metal coil into multiple (several to dozens of) narrow strips and then rewind narrow strips up onto recoil mandrel, usually requires high speed high precision.

High speed thin sheet slitting line means slitting speed can be 120m/min, 150m/min, 200m/min in automatic slitting, to shorten down time effective mechanism is arranged, the time of loading, threading and unloading can be finished within 10minutes.

Steel coils (Cold Rolled steel, Galvanized steel, PPGI steel,stainless steel coil), non-ferrous metal coils(aluminum coil, copper coil)slitting in thin gauge ranging 0.20-3.0mm require high precision +/-0.05mm to +/-0.15mm slit width tolerance, high precision slitting tools installed on high precision made slitter can give satisfactory performance.
