Operation process

TEST PROCEDURE
1.Collect nasal or pharyngeal swabs with disposable cotton buds.
2.Put the cotton buds into a test tube filled with diluent,
and mix it sufficiently until the sample is dissolved in the diluent.
3. Keep the test tube in quiescence state until the large particlesprecipitate. (about 1 minute).
4.Take out the test paper and lay it flaton a spacious
& dry surface.
5.Use a disposable burette to collect the mixed solution.

6.Drop 4 ~ 5 drops of mixed solution into the sample
hole of the test paper.
7. Start the timer. It can be observed that the color
reactants flow through the result window. If there is
no flow phenomenon after one minute, it is necessary
to add another drop of mixed solution sample in the sample hole.
8.Please analyze the results within 5 ~ 10 minutes.
Never analyze the resultsafter 20 minutes.
