Kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin where it is quickly decomposed under high-temperature composite bacteria (65℃~75℃) with intermittent stirring. The organic matter is converted into harmless substances like CO₂ and H₂O. The waste gas is purified by the deodorization system with no secondary pollution. The reduction rate reaches 85%-90% within 24 hours, producing about 10% organic fertilizer substrate.
The organic fertilizer is rich in beneficial bacteria (Bacillus) and organic matter, ideal for soil improvement and enhanced fertilizer efficiency. It increases agricultural production while reducing emissions, achieving complete waste resource utilization.
