Q12:What are your payment terms?
Our usual payment terms are 30% deposit and the balance before shipment based on the video and photos of the machine. Letter of Credit (L/C) is also acceptable. Trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc. are also applicable.

Q14:How do you guarantee the after-sales service of the product?
