The technology utilizes a novel chemical chelation process that transforms rust on iron surfaces into a hydrophobic passivation layer. Unlike traditional manual or mechanical rust removal methods, this rust-conversion anti-corrosion system provides continuous, long-lasting inhibition of rust formation, offering superior protection before rust recurrence.

- Begin by removing dust and dirt from the rusty surface
- Apply HILHELM Eco-Friendly Rust Fixing Sealer GX10 (coverage: approximately 200–300 m² per coat)
- Apply HILHELM Water-Based Anti-Rust Paint (coverage: approximately 80m² with two coats)
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool place at 5–35°C. Protect from freezing. Never store in iron containers. Do not return unused emulsion to the container.
Shelf Life: Under normal storage conditions, the product remains stable for more than 12 months. After 12 months, check for uniformity and absence of deterioration. If product appears normal, performance will not be affected.
