Defatted grubs powder has been included in China's national feed raw material procurement project. The larvae were dried by microwave, crushed, and degreased by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. The crude protein content of the product is not less than 45%. At present, defatted grubs powder has been widely used in livestock, poultry and aquatic feed, which is considered as a high-quality insect protein raw material that can partially replace fish meal. Our products contain antimicrobial peptides, chitin and immune antibody proteins. Among them, antimicrobial peptide is a kind of natural broad-spectrum antibacterial substances, there is no drug resistance. Chitin and antibody immunity can improve animal immunity. In addition, chitin also has the role of repairing intestinal mucosa and adsorbing toxins.
Product Packaging And Transportation:
At present, the package is 25KG/ bag blank kraft paper bag, 700KG/ ton bag. We can make the self-adhesive shipping mark according to your requirement. Products can be fumigated on plywood pallets.
Container transport:
20ft container :22 tons excluding pallets. Max. 12 tons with pallets (1.5 tons/pallet, 8 pallets/container)
40 ft containers :27 tons without pallets, 24 tons with pallets.
Therefore, it is suggested that the unit price of 20 feet container without pallets is the lowest.
Antioxidant Additions:
Antioxidants that can be added include: ethoxyquinoline, BHA, and VE. The price shows ethoxyquinoline < BHA < VE. You can choose whether to add antioxidants according to your needs and the highest detection value of customs. We will add antioxidants according to your requests.
