VACUUM SODIUM CITRATE 3.2% PT BLOOD COLLECTION TUBE
This vacuum tube is generally used for testing the blood coagulation mechanism (PT, APTT, FIB, TT) and the ratio of anticoagulant to blood collection is 1:9. This kind of blood collection tube uses 0.109mol/L sodium citrate buffer system for anticoagulation, and the precise volume ratio of anticoagulant to blood is 1:9. It adopts double-layer tube, which can reduce the occurrence of activation of extrinsic coagulation mechanism and ensure the accuracy of the test results.

NOTICE
1. The needle should vertically piercing in the middle of rubber stopper;
2. Don't moving the rubber stopper;
3. Single use only. Discard after use;
4. It is prohibited to use the tube which are contaminated or have impurities in it;
5. In order to prevent blood spatter or avoid blood infection the operators should weargloves and other protective devices;
INSTRCUTION FOR USE
1. Check the tube;
2. Insert the blood collection needle into the vein after the skin disinfection;
3. Put the puncture needle into rubber stopper and the blood will automatically flow into the tube;
4. After the blood is collected to the calibration capacity, first pull out the IV needle on body, then pull off the tube.
5. Gently reverse the tube 5-8times after collection(except no additive tube).
STORAGE
1. The vacuum blood collection tubes should be stored in cool dry place at 0℃-25℃;
2. The vacuum blood collection tubes shall be vertical and prohibited to invert.
