Non-ionic guar gum with cost-effective for dry strength agent in papermaking applications

1. Descriptions:

Non-ionic guar gum belongs to natural galactomannan, one of the quality improvers, natural thickening agent.

In major paper mills, guar gum has basically replaced starch as a strengthening, retention, filter aid and paper surface performance improver.

The non-ionic guar gum can make the fiber distribution in the pulp more uniform, resulting in the increase of the binding point between the fiber and the fiber and the polymer compound, so as to improve the dry strength of the paper.

Non-ionic guar gum can also be used for surface sizing, especially to improve the surface properties of paper: 1. It can improve the surface strength of the paper, improve the printability, and do not affect the air permeability of the paper; 2. Improve oil resistance and solvent resistance; 3. Improve the stability of the surface sizing solution; 4. Can improve coating performance; 5. Improve the glue-philicity of the paper surface.

4. Application:

5. Packaging & Storage

The export products are packed in cartons of 25KG. Packaging can also be customized according to the requirements of customers. Optional packaging includes paper-plastic composite bags or multi-layer kraft paper bags, paper buckets and so on.
