Product Overview
4WRZ series valves are 2-stage pilot-operated proportional directional valves developed for heavy-duty industrial hydraulic systems, consisting of a proportional pilot valve and spring-centered main spool valve. The series covers Size 10/16/25/32/52 with 7X component version, supporting max working pressure up to 350 bar and maximum flow rate 2800 L/min.
Two sub-types are available:
- 4WRZ: Without integrated OBE electronics, matched with external proportional amplifier
- 4WRZE: Built-in integrated drive electronics (OBE), simplified wiring, plug-and-play analog control
The valve precisely regulates both flow direction and volumetric flow proportional to electrical input signal, featuring low hysteresis, high repeat accuracy and stable dynamic response, widely applied in large-flow precision hydraulic equipment.
