Safety instructions
The pump housing must be filled with hydraulic oil (injected into the housing cavity) during startup and operation. Must start at low speed without load until the system is completely empty.
When parked for a long time, the shell can be drained through the working pipeline. When restarting, ensure sufficient oil is injected into the housing.
The minimum suction pressure of the oil port S shall not fall below 0.8 bar.

Installation position

The axis is horizontal at the bottom. When installed on the tank, do not allow the installation position of "shaft horizontal, oil suction toward the bottom"!

Install below tank level

Pump position below minimum oil level in tank (standard)

Add an axial piston pump before starting by going through the uppermost oil drain of the housing

Suggestion: Add suction tube

Run the pump at a low speed (ignition speed) until the pump system is fully filled

The minimum submersion depth of the suction or drain line in the tank: 200 mm (relative to the lowest oil level in the tank).

Install above tank level

A pump installed above the lowest oil level in the tank

The installation position is lower than the oil tank level

The installation position of "the shaft is against the top" and "the shaft is level and the oil suction mouth is at the bottom" is not allowed (when the pump housing stops, it leaks oil through the suction pipe).

Note: - The maximum allowable straw length hmax = 800 mm
