Product Overview
This product combines a cold-rolled stainless steel substrate, a polished 8K mirror surface and a rose gold PVD decorative layer. It is supplied for elevator interiors, wall and column cladding, door surrounds, display fixtures, furniture details and other appearance-sensitive fabrication.
Grade 201 is generally selected for cost-sensitive indoor projects. Grade 304/304L is a common choice for interior architectural work, while 316/316L may be considered where the environment requires improved corrosion resistance. Final grade selection must follow the actual exposure, fabrication method and project specification.
Important: Rose gold is a PVD surface color; it does not mean titanium has been added to the stainless steel grade. PVD improves decorative appearance and surface performance, but it does not make the coil scratch-proof, corrosion-proof or automatically anti-fingerprint. Anti-fingerprint treatment must be specified separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is PVD rose gold the same as solid titanium?
No. Rose gold is a decorative PVD layer applied over the polished stainless steel substrate. The underlying grade remains 201, 304, 304L, 316 or 316L as ordered.
Is the surface fingerprint-free?
Not automatically. An optional anti-fingerprint coating must be requested. Its appearance, fabrication compatibility and cleaning method should be confirmed with a sample.
Can the finished coil be welded or bent?
Bending and other fabrication can be reviewed, but radius, tooling and film affect the surface. Welding or grinding can damage the PVD color and mirror finish. Submit the drawing for technical review and conduct a trial when appearance is critical.
Will every production batch have exactly the same rose gold color?
Minor differences can occur between production batches and viewing conditions. Approve a reference sample and order the project quantity in one batch where possible.
Can it be used outdoors?
Outdoor suitability depends on substrate grade, PVD system, edge exposure, climate, contaminants and maintenance. Provide the service environment so VVINSCO can review the requirement before quotation.
