LED Backlights Despription
LED backlights are a very unique type of LED. These LEDs are embedded in a special light diffusing plastic, which gives them a nice even glow over a large flat area. Typically these LED panels are used behind small character displays, but on their own they can be used for a variety of applications where a large, even, backlighting effect is desired. The LED would be considered a cool white color; gels can be applied to change the color as needed.
